Sensitive information
Please do not share ATM PINs, UPI PINs, passwords or OTPs. SecondFamily and its companions will never ask for them. Avoid sending medical information that is not needed for the visit.
Retention and security
We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for coordination, support, legal obligations and resolving concerns. We use appropriate safeguards, but no method of electronic storage is completely risk-free.
